The Wes Tool Team ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit onetoolteam.com, submit a form, sign in at an open house, or text with our team — and exactly how we use it.

What We Collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Name, email, mailing address, and mobile phone number
  • Anything you submit through a contact form, open house sign-in, home value request, property inquiry, or referral
  • Property preferences, search criteria, and transaction details if you become a client
  • Messages you send us — email, text, voicemail, or form

Information we collect automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. Used to run and improve the site. Nothing else.

How We Use It

  • Answer your questions and respond to your requests
  • Provide real estate services — listings, market updates, home valuations
  • Send appointment confirmations, transaction updates, and check-ins
  • Operate our SMS messaging program (see SMS Terms)
  • Meet legal obligations and protect our rights

Mobile & SMS — Read This One

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile number and SMS consent are used solely to operate our messaging program and deliver the services you asked for. We don't sell, rent, lease, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party for their own marketing. Not now, not ever.

Who Else Sees Your Information

Outside of mobile and SMS data above, we share information only with:

  • Service providers — CRM, email, website hosting, scheduling, e-signature, transaction management. Contractually required to use your information only to work for us.
  • Transaction parties — when you're an active client, we coordinate with your lender, title company, escrow, inspector, the co-op agent, and Realty One Group as needed to close.
  • Legal — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal information.
